Just to keep you informed I am currently working on some fun bits for the "Zed", that if I can get this ***kin camera to work properly you will all see.

 

Solid ali checker plate floor mats, looking good but finessing & finish need perfecting, only 6 shades of annodising at the moment, "Z" emblem & getting it the "dogs" in all 4 mats is being a total bstd job!

 

Also being developed, STD wheel finishes, again ***kin camera poxy thing! I have found a company to light "medium"(soft grit)semi air blast all that old shite off those wheels back to hhhmmm nice "restart situation" For only £30.00 for all 4 alloys so you can go from there, polishing spokes & eyes on wheels is impossible unless you have them chemically polished, due to very heavy casting imperfections. Chemically polishing is ££££££&££££ I've found out sorry.

But other finishes are up to your own strange ideas!

 

Hoses! I've been talking to Interfit Hydraulics about replacing all the viable std hoses with a kit form replacement braded package, at trade price level!

 

I am currently building my own last third section exhaust system all s/s, again not quite finished but im sure it defines "Brussles big bore laws" after all its my job! If its ok,!!! and I see you at the next meet you can have the draws for £0.00 if its s**t ill be on std pipes.

 

Yawn! tyres, I have found a supplier for Bridgestone S02's for £111 + vat + fit ea, rears std's start at £65.00 + vat + fit ea,

 

 

Also if any body needs (nickel plating, annodising, black enamaling, medium blasting, surface finishing, polishing-not paintwork!

i need my outer rim on my wheels refurbished but no-one in london is prepared to do it,

what i would like is to replace the outer rim (they are three piece) or get it polished again.

 

your other parts sound quite cool ,

stop using minolta and get a decent cannon.

they are heavier and make better door stops lol

Try Phillpot Engineering,(Cant find No.) in Dunstable, they have some awsome machines in there, they can I'm sure they can "scotch skim" your outside collars, so you can finish yourself. Or if you want a mirror finish, get them to a "flat finish" try calling "C-TEK" metal finishing in Leighton Buzzard 01525 850072.They have a serious polishing machine! Both firms iso 9002, but like a callange.
