nzr IT question

Hey chaps my pc has taken to opening links in a minimised window can just see title bar, I then have to restore it to read, getting a bit annoying I have looked at my internet set up and can not find any reference to opening links minimised where do I look is it somethink else?? even if I open as another page its the same ...help

Oh and when I am line now the monitor keeps going slightly puple then ok??? but only when on line. helpppp

All I can think of is the window has been manually reduced and then youve closed the application so it will reappear as a default setting when reopened. Try opening explorer, when it appears as a title bar only, left click your mouse on the border and drag window to approprate size. Close explorer and then reopen.
