Hello all, i am trying to wire up my amp, but i cant find an inlet to take the positive/power wire form the battery into the cabin to connect to the amp there must be a little inlet or something so that i can take the wire through from the engine bay into the cabin. :headvswal

Any ideas where this could be?

As far as I know the wiring from the engine bay comes out through the wing and then back into the car not sure if theres any other holes going through the bulk head not much use am I :wack:

There is a rubber boot on the passenger side behind the plastic wheel arch liner that feeds the wires to the ECU you can go through that. You will need to remove the wheel arch liner to see it. The hole to feed the wire from the battery to it is down beside the battery cradle you cannot miss it. HTH

Has anyone tried adding an additional fuse to the existing fuse box in the driver's footwell? There's usually a few spare slots.

I've never tried it personally, just though it was a good place to connect to a fat power cable from the battery.

I shall hopefully be wiring in an amp this weekend so this is good stuff!

Not a good idea bud .. you want your main fuse for any additional wiring as close to the battery as possible .. pref in the engine compartment
