AP callipers

hi i was wondering if any1 could shed some light on this....

ive been offered a set of front 6 pot ap callipers and rotors that have come off a crashed tvr race car they are in perfect working order and i was told that they will go on any car as long as you have the right brackets.

can any1 tell me if this is correct all callipers are the same just the fittings are different?

    yes any caliper can be made to fit with a bracket, how easy it will be is another matter :)
