Fuel Tank?

Has anyone here know or has done replace fuel tank? Reason ive got uk tt, its had a rotten pipe that feeds the tank(where you fill it up~)So after ages ive taken the holed rusty pipe of,long gone whats left in bin,Got another me told there the same,ive tried all blxxdy morning to get this pipe on just wont go, :headvswal

Now before i take the whole tank of i just wanted to know are they the same SWB AND UK :(

    No, SWB tank has different shape as a 2+2 one.

    NA/TT tanks are the same, as long as it has the same wheelbase.

    the filler pipe looks the same i think its just the tank then.

    Right then if this is the case will a swb tank (complete with fuel pipe)will that fit under the lwb? :(

    No, a swb tank won't fit a lwb or vice versa
