Rides Pics help

I have uploaded some pics to my rides section today - but when I go to look at them I get a new window open with a box with a red X in it. Can anyone tell what I'm doing wrong ?

    Pics might be the wrong format.

     

    They are JPEGs so it shouldn't be a problem

    They open for me but are .....MASSIVE...... try making them smaller so we can see all the picture.
