i think this is bobs department he shoudl know

i dont think it will make a difference.

just by the by i have a cool jap turbo timer for sale.

it has all sorts of measurments.

0-60 ect ect

works a charm mail me if you are interested

Yeah it will have the effect of not arming the immobilizer until the TT has finsihed cooling off the turbos.

You can add a switch that will activate the alarm instead of the Ignition Feed. Basically give Bob a phone (numbers in the contacts) he'll help ya out!

go on then how much for the turbo timer if its plenty cheap i'll buy it

Fitting a turbo timer will mean it's no longer Thatcham level 1. It can be done with various replys so that as soon as the turbo timer turns of the ignition the alarm continues the arming process, locking the doors etc. I've seen a post on the US forum on how to do this, it doesn't look easy.

I decided it was too much trouble at the time and that it's best to drive the last few miles not boosting to get the air circulating or to calm down a bit before you stop and just wait for 30secs to a minute.
