nzr strange e-mail poss virus help

Have an e-mail in my inbox from Mathew Moore (forum member)no content but has an attachment that opens my windows download box and states.

You have decided to download a file

...-2338-11D6-BEED-44455354000 C:\Program file and the usual warning about opening or saving to disc as of yet have done nothing does anyone know if it`s a virus? Mathew did you send it? I will delete it if is one of these self sending virus`s just need to know.

Jeff. Connect yourself to Morpheus, and download Norton Antivirus. Install it, go online and download any new virus lists and then scan your PC. Should tell you if you have a virus.

My years of IT support tell me that if it was from someone genuine, they would atleast put some kind of acknowledgement on the email.

 

If I dont know where an email has come from, I blast it straight away.

 

We got tagged by the "I love you" virus a year ago at my last company because someone in Sales thought that he had recieved secret FBI files and wanted to know what was in them.

 

Delete it mate.

This would be me, you popped over to see me mesterday morning.

I thought I got rid of this virus, ill get norton and hope that sorts it out.

Sorry for being a pain in the arse, but hey, this must be my 15 mins of fame or something
