Paid 5 grand for my 51 reg S60 T5 SE, same sort of mileage and fully loaded in exc condition, hope that gives you some idea. (wasnt geartronic)

so 5 grand would be a good deal m8?

she's fell out of love with the soopra already lol

i think Vinnie has a t5,but dont know the spec

volvo for the Mrs is a great Idea! you know she's in a safe car and you won't feel bad about driving it the odd sunday either :) Sorry, don't know anything about the S60, i bought mine a humble V40, a bit slow but lovely and comfy.

I would think its worth between 5 and 7 K. as its ex old bill then its going to be no expence spared on the service history so a good one. its BS that they chip their cars to make them more powerful. they just keep them in tip top running order. Mine is a T5 850 estate and its fast but not that fast. my last one was a S80 T6 twin turbo and that was around 0-60 in 6 secs. this ones about 7 ish. Volvos are great cars but they need pampering and can be expensive to repair. but hey you have a zed so you will be used to that. :) it will be quick for an old mans car????LOL. I think the S60 and the new V70 are the nicest they do currently.

If you can get it for under 5K like suffolk said it will be a cheap car mate.

HTH. :)

I dont know if its illegal or danerous but it could deffinately be fun... :smash:

How much is the car mate. I might buy it myself if you dont have it

My S80 was tiptronic transmission and to be honest and practicle. Its an automatic. i hardly used the shift unless i was up against a cosworth?

Having the red and blues is not illegal but using them is classed as inpersonating a police vehicle and is totally illegal.

gonna be 5 grand m8, which the car is probably worth

plus the toys thrown in, i know the car stands him a lot more than that

he's bought himself a boat, so doesn't want to use the volvo for all kinds of fishing gear, so is gonna buy himself a diesel user

cheers m8:)

Go for it mate. sounds like a "cant be missed" deal. and the car will compliment the zed. fast and very very comfortable. good luck mate. I might be able to sort a diagnostic program for you too.
