Just drilled through a fuel pipe!! if you remove the piller covers on a SWB

there is a crossmember on the passenger side. I have just put a 4mm hole

through this into hopfully what I think is the fuel vent pipe! not the fill pipe. can someone confirm this is so.

The pipe is under the strut pods beneith a small cross member

going across the car. Will get a photo tomorrow. I have put a pop

rivet in it for now but I think it needs replacing :headvswal

Kev, its behind the near side B piller underneath the strutt cover

Greg there is no pressured petrol there. only vapour smell.

Can comferm the pipe was the vent hose, got it all out today

what a bastrd to do, cuts everywhere!!

never mind got part to replace for $22.79 fro courtesy nissan
