I tried to get V1 NCE but obviously it was gone. I could have got V111 NCE but it was up for auction and I would guess for a bloody fortune. I paid £370 + V.A.T. and Transfer fees each for both my numbers. I found my mate a good number for he's Audi TT. He has a long standing nickname "BOOMTOWN" and the number he has is T800 MTT. "T B00M TT".

It is a "N" mate yes but I have had the bloke who makes the plates be very discreet with the number and he thinks it will be ok (Illegal yes) but on the actual plate he has used the "Very Proper" font and the angle of the N is not too accute? The picture was taken at night so not very good but gives you an idea. OK i know but i love the individuallity you get from a private number. ::: :smash: It does actually look like a "N" in the flesh.

I am sure I have seen that X5? was it a black one? Somewhere on the M6 near Brum? a few months back? I always notice plates. It the best way to learn the phonetic alphabet too. If you dont already know it just keep reading plates outloud until its imprinted on your brain. :cool:
