exterior trim removal and re-spraying

Hi im wanting to remove my exterior trim around the windows and targas,

im assumeing they just prize off, but they dont seem to becoming off as easy as i would like, and im sh1t scared of buggering my new paint work, does anyone have any tips on getting them off.

also im planning on re-spraying them and the wipers, ive got some black semi gloss paint do i need to laquer them after as i dont want them to be too shiney.

any tips most apreciated

    Trim just prizes off but undo the screws you can see also remove the rubber seals around the door and targa trim etc. As for the wipers they are a PITA to take off but just lightly sand to smooth them and paint.

    did my wipers a few weekends ago and such a huge differance to the look of the car... only problem is now the scuttle panel looks shabby... but when the ££ allows il swap that out...

     

    only tip really is just watch the spanner when you tighten the wipers back up as it is really easy to catch a tiny bit of the wiper and scratch them...
