ignition barrell - removal

Anyone done this -trying to swap barrels over - cant work out how to remove the old one in one piece as its going in new car.

 

Ive unplugged everything and removed all cowling - there is a small screw at rear but its hard to get to.

 

Anyone help?

    you gotta drill the fookers out then you put new bolts through the old holes, easier with the column out..
