coolant level

Took the little yellow cap off and pulled that plastic checker out.

Blew all the water out of the little slots and put it back it and pulled out to check.

Seems like it miles too high?!?!?!

Is there a overflow pipe or do I need to worry about it??

coolant level, when cold, should be checked (and topped up) in the radiator.

the level in the overflow tank (yellow cap) is not that important, as long as there is some coolant in it and it is not too full.

Yes there is a over flow in the neck of the expansion bottle at the top where the neck goes through the inner wing.If you remove the arch liner you can see a max and min level stamped on the bottle to drain you have to remove 3 10mm bolts and 1 spring clip for over flow pipe from rad .If expansion bottle is full you may have a faulty rad cap or worn rad neck.

What level should it be in the rad, as I cant see a level?

There is a bit of rust down the neck, but I think thats old as I cant find any leaking or moisture around there now.

rad should be topped up and as full as possible.

at the very least you should be able to see the coolant, when looking into the filler neck of the rad.
