Picture Needed

OK before I start stripping away parts I dont need, can anyone show me the place I need to install this oil plate I have coming to fit my oil pressure/temperature gauges.

Its pretty obvious, but I will need to empty/change the oil when I do this wont I.

Thanks in advance,

I believe it fits above the oil filter. The filter must therefore come off, so a good time for an oil (and maybe filter) change at the same time ;)

Cheers Cybernet, I have a good oil change guide, funny enough to think its the only thing I have never done to a car as I usually hand it to my mate in the garage.

Question is, when I bought the car, it had an oil and filter change (not long after the 60k service). Infact its not even 1000 miles. Will I do an oil/filter change anyway since it all has to come off?? I wont bother asking which oil is best, cos I know there are millions of threads to search through anyway.

Thanks in advance,

Dave G
