Hi folks. I wasn't really sure where to post this but... I am a uk based artist - I normally paint figures and faces, but I was wondering about doing a painting of my 300zx, 'coz I love it soooo much! I then realised that other Z owners might appreciate having an oil painting of their own ride to hang on their wall. I would really appreciate some feedback on this idea from anyone here who might be interested. To give you an idea of what my usual work looks like, you can visit my website: http://www.andybrady.co.uk (it can take a while to load - sorry!) There are no car paintings there (yet) but it should give you an idea of what sort of work I do. Normally a painting sells for between £200 to £400. If anyone is at all interested in having an oil painting of their car done in a similar style, then let me know! If interest is high enough, then I might consider doing a few. All I would need is a good photo of your car to get started, and I would do my best to keep the price down - maybe around £150? maybe even less for a smaller piece - I think we spend enough money at the fuel pumps!
Anyhoo...I woulod be grateful for comments and feedback on this idea.
thanx everyone!
Andy
