I had a profec B specII fitted recently at zedworld. As i had given Jeff about 2 days work to do in 1 day (handy of me ) we decided I would set it up myself.

I copied some basic settings i found on a search here for 9psi lo and 13psi hi, then realised it was reading in kPa. Tried pressing buttons as the instructions said to switch to psi which i thought i had done correctly, but recently I have been told it should say psi on the display near where kpa was.. but it doesnt!

Also just in normal mode it spends forever pretty much at 0 gave the car a good run yesterday and the display didnt change nor was a peak registered (even though peek is on?) then randomly pulling into ca car park it started to red 1, then 2, then 1 but didnt seem to tie up with anything the turbos would be doing...(as it should have been - anyways as was just idling along)

Next time i turned the car on it went back to just reading 0, but then the peak display showed 2. That was it...

Im totally convinced ive c*cked something up with pressing buttons on it... but anyone got any ideas how to get it working properly..

also am i right in thinking it should show psi on the display near where kPa was? and should it read boost "realtime" on the normal display and then hold the peak on that screen?

(long post to say it doesnt work sorry)

tightened up a few of the T pieces... shortened some of the excess hose that was round on the joints... couple of kinks taken out and swapped the filter round (although not massively sure which way it shoudl go round... so input there welcome...) power run coming up tomorrow !! :nana2: :nana2: :nana2: :nana2: :nana2:

Good for you :) Now here's some settings for you (sorry I haven't posted them before, but my car's been off the road for a while.

HI mode:

Set = 64

Gain = 5

Set Gain = 54

This gives me no spikes and a top peak of about 13.8psi.

My settings:

Set - 47%

Gain - 35% (won't go any higher)

Set gain - .60%

.98bar (14 psi, think).
