Now my drivers dip light has gone.

Aggghhhh. My drivers dip light had stopped working. I checked the wires, they are fine.

How much are we looking at for a new one? Are they expensive?

I hear they are.

    I was told by some one when I first got my car that the light was a gas discharge one and cost a bomb.

     

    I got 2 new bulbs cos when I put the new one in it was bright white and the other was a dull yellow one.

    Bung in a couple of 130W jobbies, the dips are easy enough to change, and it does make a difference. I still have the drivers main out though, it's a dismantle job to get to it.

    I put 100watt in first and they didnt come on for some reason. So I just got the 55w.

    Did make a difference
