Heater Matrix Gone

I think my car knows I want to sell it.....before New Year the Clutch master cylinder went, now the ****ing heater matrix has gone. :mad: :headvswal

 

Symptoms are a damp (not yet soaking) footwell and some slight steam being blown through the vents. Wondered why my windows have been a bit steamy the last few journeys.

 

Is the car safe to drive if the matrix is leaking slightly???.

 

Coolant levels look Ok and tempaerture is fine. Obviously have to drive it somewhere for it to be done, but don't want to risk any damage, especially as the car is for sale!

 

Alternatively, someone can take it off my hands for a £500 discount....see my for sale thread here

    Just do the bypass for now dont risk any damage being done.
