Speaking to customers, it's come to my attention that a LOT of people do not know how to view all of the new posts that have been made, they are therefore missing out on lots of valuable info and offers etc.

Below is a picture of the button you need to press (highlighted in red), simply click it and all of the new posts since your last visit will appear.

That's all for todays lesson :D

to be fair it is a little easy to miss but by george youre right, how much stuff would people be missing if they only browsed a couple of 'rooms' instead!

Good good, maybe Mike Groves could PM the thread to everyone ? and make it sticky ;)

 offers what offers lol :x:

Just found this thread ( I know Im slow) but the thought crossed my mind that, taking away the use of the new post button) how did you expect people to find this thread about using the new post button?

bump

I didn't realise that people couldn't find it, however it is rather hidden away I guess.

Just goes to show why usability is important in website design doesn't it.

`Twould be better if it didn`t remove posts I haven`t read yet sometimes when I click it . Sometimes it drops me from 64 New Posts to 8 when I`ve only read one or two ! Also , reading , say , a six-page thread , sometimes you hit a dead-end when trying to click back to New Posts : I`ve found , eventually , that it`s safer to click back after each page , then click the next page . Unread Posts might be a useful ammendment . Having said all that , it really is a useful tool . I use it every time I`m on here :smash: :smash: :smash:
