They suggested fitting an Apexi filter instead of the standard pannel ones.

 

Is Apexi the best make to go for?

Is it the best....according to that Independent test thats going around the Internet, yes. For Flow and Filteration.

 

Will it make much difference...not really. A few more horses that you wont really feel, and a deeper induction note.

But I think you will need some filter upgrade if you are going to tune it. And yes I think they are the best. Some other brands are simply useless.

Blitz SUS, is a nice filter to mate.

cant go wrong with apexi mate. deffo need to ditch the 'box'

Apexi, IMO is the best single filter you can put on a Z.

apexi at only £90 is definatly the way to go! glad of mine just for hasstle free services and the deeper induction note!

what about apexi with the doolz twin induction system? was looking at a blitz intake

the dual intake system looks nice but ultimatly I dont see it giving your car any extra performance
