Matey chucked in some black EBC pads for the front when I bought the car.

Are these good or should I buy something else?

Rears are ok, but what do you suggest for those, for future reference.

Thanks Mark

ive had ebc and yeh there good pads

ferodo are about the best for performance :)

The black pads are bottom of the range and are nothing special, if you want better performance then go for something better.

Just dont purchase the green stuff from EBC as they tend to crack discs and this has happened on two cars from who i know off

Ill chuck these in for now as he gave em to me.

Then look for others later on.

Thanks Mark

EBC do different colours for various uses. I'm assuming black are bog standard everyday use and red I believe are purely race usage. IIRC

ferodo pads are really good but tend to be fairly expensive in my past experiance. EBC pads are colour coded for use, i have black stuff on atm from last owner and they seem kind of standard to be honest.

I have used red stuff pads as there good all rounders and a good price.

If your looking for performance then ferodo, just ask mac as he used to use porterfield but now has ferodo ;)

i thought ferodo were cheap pads. Has any1 ever heard of QH pads?

always used EBC redstuff wouldnt use any others and certainly not there standard pads(black)because that is the colour your alloys will end up.....

i have it sussed because i have a voucher number that entitles you to an extra 5% discount of there already 10% good bargain but if you twisted my arm right up my back

and PM me i will give you the voucher number..........
