....the simplist of things. But what am I doing wrong? First time I've taken any of the interior appart.

 

Have taken the small trim tabs off and unscrewed all 4 screws. The top comes out, but the bottom doesn't seem to want to pop off.

 

I don't want to be too brutal with it... ?!IU^%R&^%" :x:

Right, I've got the insulation tape out now.....mmmmm, had a thought, might make small slits in the bushes to try and get them on............oh dunno. ****ing fed up. I can't even move the car, there's a rachet underneath and the car's stuck in 4th gear with another car infront of it.

nine pushed straight in . if you slit them you have just wasted 4 hours fecking about with your car cos in a couple of months you will have to do it all again! :nelson:

I gave up, I've put it all back together and wrapped the central spar in insulation tape. Feels pretty good now. Really can't see that thing ever being taken apart.

 

Trouble is, in the bad mood and swearing, I've misplaced the 12mm bolt that holds the assembly to the centre section via the lower rubber gaitor. So it's not located properly. I'll have a look tomorrow when it's daylight.
