Split rim wheel refurb companys????

I have a friend with an aston martin DB7 with split rim wheels fitted. On the outer rim of the wheels the lacker has fallen off and its in need of a full strip down and refurb, he has tried several companys who refurb wheels and they have all said that they wont touch split rims.

 

does any one know of a good company that could take this job on?

    I tried my local WickedWheels but they didn't want to touch split rims either.

     

    I'm now on the lookout for some nice and shiny 2nd hand rims instead.
