Help finding these lights and body kit!

Hi everybody, I've been looking for a 300zx and i just happened to stumble on this picture. I would like to know who made these rear lights...they look awesome! More better than the Strosek Version imo. Also, this 99 Fairlady side skirts...

 

Please help!
