Arse!!

I stuck a load of bits from the loft that we don't need anymore, one such item was a pair of PS2 dance mats with a game for them.

It sold for £20odd to a female buyer with 2 feedback rating.

She took nearly 2 weeks to actually respond to the sale, during which time I sent her an invoice and a reminder after a week or so. Then she paid via paypal and asked that I make sure it got to her by xmas. :headvswal I said no probs and that I'd send it by special delivery to make sure, I'm nice like that

It arrived next day (22nd/23rd IIRC) and I got an email saying the CD was scratched and the game wouldn't work. I hadn't checked it tbh but had only used it once since new and it worked fine, but hey my fault - I should have checked. The email said she wanted a refund or I'd get negative feedback...

I paypalled her the money back, thinking the loss wasn't major lol, with a note to say I didn't need threatening, I'd have happily refunded the money if it was damaged.

The money sat 'unclaimed' - she clearly hadn't received money in her account before, I sent two further emails reminding her how to collect her paypal money to no reply, until today when I recieve negative feedback saying I'd send damaged goods and ignored all emails etc :headvswal   WTF??

Silly cow. I pulled the paypal money back and negged her back. FFS Why should dumb cows like her ruin my 100% feedback  Especially as I'd bent over backward to be nice.

I fooking hate ebay thick twats, they should have a basic intelligence test as part of the sign up.

Rant over. :smw:

Just another Ebay problem mate, do'nt worry about a 100% feedback they are getting very few and far between now, I have 2 negs because I left negs about waiting 3 months for an item and paying a high cost for p/p and item was sent second class and damaged.

Just checking through my transactions and inbox I never actually recieved ANY correspondence from her, other than the paypal payment with note.

CAnt you reply to their neg feedback to explain what you did?

Yes you can :hyper: .....

but

Theres always one isnt there..... :mac1:

Ungratefull ignorents always put a downer on things...

Im sure everyone on ebay will be able to see its not the norm...wouldnt worry bout it mucka ;)

you can also mutually withdraw negative feedback - a similarish situation happened with me once (i was the good guy like you Pete ;) ) although it was the other chap that offered to do this - im not sure how you do it.

really fooks me off these ebay newbies that try to throw their uneducated weight around. ive just suffered some d!ckhead who didnt want to let his 32mb memory stick go for my winning bid. :xxx: got it in the end tho

Thats all they are. Fookin thick!

I have 100% so far so good but people are so thick who knows what they will do?

Not too sure but i was told a new ruling had been introduced and ebay would remove any feedback that was left with malice? It might be worth a try as she is obviously new to ebay and clearly doesnt realize just how important feedback is to honest sellers and buyers.

Apart from that shame her with your reply the fookin twat.

I wish you luck mate.

I had a similar situation on e-bay with a guy from Ireland. My husband was selling some 17" alloys off his old Cosworth on Ebay. Anyway, they only sold for £50 (bargain as they only needed a refurb!), to a bloke from Ireland called Terry. Did all the usual invoice sending etc and he asked me to find out the courier price from UK to Ireland which I did. Then, didn't hear from him for 2 weeks. Sent loads of e-mails and finally he replied saying he now didn't want the wheels as he'd just checked and found out they wouldn't fit his car! :headvswal (We'd included all the offsets and sizes etc in the listing so there was no excuse) You can imagine what the e-mail was like that I sent him back (kept it polite tho!!) so he offered to pay the listing fee, to which I agreed. I never received any money back from him even though I left it for 3 weeks, so I gave him negative feedback. The cheekey b**tard then left me negative feedback!

So I e-mailed him and told him to retract it or I'd report him as a non-paying bidder etc etc and wouldn't let it go.

He retracted it the next day!!! Total w**ker

So I'd have a go at getting her to retract the feedback (or mutually retracting) it's worth a try
