Should just need a ISO lead from halfrauds mate.

ariel should slot in if i'm not mistaken.

So is it just a sony to nissan ISO lead then or is there a specific one for the Zed?

Just take the current head unit out and find out. Only takes 2 mins to swap a head unit. If you need an adaptor they are about £1.

I would but if i take the time before hand halfrauds will be closed :headvswal

I might just buy an adaptor anyway

is there any solution for the ISO surround in a zed... or do all aftermarket headunits have to have the silver cage showing because of the way the zed surround tapers in? just looks untidy thats all?

Mine doesnt show. Fits quite well actually.

I have a JVC headunit if that makes any difference.

Previously had a Pioneer unit and that also fitted well.

my zed was a jap import so the ariel didnt just slot in as they are a different fitting (2 prongs instead of 1 ).

all i did was "cut off" the outer prong (think it was the smaller of the 2) as this isnt needed, and then the remaining prong pushed into the ariel socket..........i know it sounds bodged but it worked great! :D

HTH - Gaz!

He who must not be mentioned is doing all the mechanical stuff for me but is charging me :(

rear shocks are going to cost me £30

Air Filter thingy is £15

resistor - free as its easy (just saves me burning myself)

and the bov's whenever i get them is price to be confirmed,

He said may have to take off the bumper for some BOV's which would then cost me £50 (dont really want to pay that much for them to be done though :( )

And the Stereo
