Hello everyone!

 

After months of peering over John's shoulder reading all your posts, I finally decided that I should stop being a recluse and say "Hello!" to you all.

 

I keep reading that you don't think that women like the Zed. Well, it pains me to say this about my own sex, but they are obviously blind! I love our Zed to bits and had a fantastic day on the Boxhill to Brighton run and can't wait until there are some more meets.

Sneaked out of the kitchen, while John is fitting the new number plates that I bought him for Christmas! Would definately be good to have some more Zed loving girlies at the meets!

My Wife was'nt too keen on zed's when I first purchased it(mainly impraticality), but her opinion changed over time.....to the point where she now has her own zed too.

to be honest, the zed is a wonderful bit if kit. I wouldnt get rid of it for any money! I love my Z to bits!

My misses hates me zed ................................only caus its my "bit on the side" as she calls her my reply "good job its not a fookin REAL bit on the side" to which she scowled at me and fookin walked off???

LOL @ Tara Lara Tomkinson, cheeky bugger.. the only jungle i made it out from was our Zed, what with all the cabling Johns sticking in it for the stereo lol

 

The only crack i see is when John has his builders bum hanging out working on the car :tongue:

 

And yes i do drive the 300, but John says i drive it like a bentley, not a sports car, but someone has to give the Zed some TLC because John just boots it everywhere :dance:

Hello Tara, My missus hates my Z as all she see's me do is throw loads and loads of money at it, and when I come to sell it nobody wants it. I dislike the fact that it attracts a lot of un wanted attension in so far as people keying it and driving into the side of it and driving off leaving me with the bill.

Ditto........I think she likes it but does noy like to say. she it going to be at some meest this year but I have not told her yet..... :D

I must be the lucky one then, Tara loves the Zed, she sat here with me last night choosing the body kit and paint colour and cant wait to get it done .. sometimes i wonder who is more obsessed with the car .. me or her :rofl: i think having the Zed is a great hobby .. it beats going down the pub every friday, gtting in a row and spending the night in a cell ( which used to be my fave nights entertainment ) i think women secretly admire the car, but wont let on for fear of not being centre of attention :rofl: just got an OI from Tara there :rofl:

What type of Zed do you have?

 

NIce to know that there are Zed's in Norfolk as my sister lives near Diss and on every visit that we make, we've never spotted one and as I'm sure you can imagine, Zed spotting is one of our favourite pastimes :hyper:

Yeh...Must admit have only seen the odd one or two round here :confused:

 

Have two Black J-spec TT's, Ones an Auto, and the other is A manual :D

 

The autobox was a bit ropey, but after just one week without being able to use it we decided that if we were(me and the other half) going to have a second car, it had to be another ZX, and a manual became available at a very good price, so had to have it :D

 

So the plan is to get to work on an Engine rebuild on the sick Z, Whilst still enjoying having the other to drive.

 

Have to admit...and it makes others laugh too...But I've never been a day without reading something or doing something to do with these cars...Am obsessed :rofl: (Still have time for Shoes and pink ;) :D )
