I want to replace my red rear bumper reflectors as one is cracked and thy look a bit poo IMO.

 

I have seen the crystal clear ones but don't like them. I can get the opaque ones to match the indicator side repeaters, but, well, lets say they are a tad expensive.

 

I have also seen that you can buy a replacement lens from the states for around $26 IIRC.

 

I have been thinking about making something myself. I have heard of people making something out of an old florescent tube light diffuser and other things.

Yesterday I came up with the idea of making a reflector out of the white part of front a number plate. What do you guys think and what else have other people used

:) i got the crystal ones off smithy i dont think they were that much :)

I decided to remove them completely
