top gears review of the new MX 5 reminded me of something I meant to do ages ago.

 

In fairness some of these new little roadsters which are aimed at young professionals are quite good but a bit girly really :o

 

Audi tt for me.

I like the old Mr2's, but hard to tell the new one apart from a mazda mx5 or S2000 . That's the problem now . every car designer is using the same software, same materials, same everything. Nothing new anymore :(

The Mk3 MR2 is a girly car but the Mk2s are very good cars IMO.

Had to vote for the KA as its the shi**est one there. The s2000 is a bit of a muscle car compared to the others. I've got a new view on the mx5 after my mate bought one. Excuse me for saying it but it was so much more fun to drive than a Zed. You can chuck it all over the place round every blo*dy roundabout! Its still a hairdressers car and he's still a girl though! I can hardly fit in the blinking thing. I'd never buy one just because of that, I like a bigger car with more muscle, plus I love the Zed full stop. The mx5 never got the adrenalin running which the Zed does every time I use it, it was just fun. Audi TT are too common and a bit gay and boring.

6ft tall, looks like noddy when he's in it!

Mr2 turbo, no way, it's a penny racer!

My mate has a MR2 MK Turbo and I think they are very nice cars, before I bought the ZED I was going to purchase a MK2 MR2 Turbo but I wanted something different. What I liked about the MR2 was rear wheel drive, Turbo, Manual and Targa roof same as my ZED.

The MK2 was a good 2ltr car..

 

What about the MGF...another girly car...and if you come from Essex, the Rover Coupe...in white...

The MR2 Turbo's are also very quick 2LTR car with a light body. My mate with the MR2 has keeped up with my ZED on several occasions.

Ford KA and KA convertible are not just vile looking cars, they are the most girlie cars every built. Although, suprisingly, they are fun to thrash around.

 

KA cabrio looks like a Rabbit.....

 

 

Other girlie cars include the new Tigra which although has a nice folding roof, is a horrid looking car.

 

 

Also, the Mini Cabriolet which is a hideos creations. Vile vile vile car. I don't really like the hard top Mini, but this canvas crapper is just the pits.

 

 

Thie Shitroen Pluriel is not just girlie, bit even more ugly than the Micra convertible.

 

 

Micra cabrio...looks as bad as the Pluriel.

 

 

The rather 'rare' Corsa Cabrio.....again, pretty grim.

 

 

I'm ashamed to say I've owned 2 convertibles and shall never own another. I guess it was a 'phase' I went through. T-Tops are as far as I'll go which I find, on the right car, ubber cool.

That Corsa Cabrio is fackin' ugly! Who in their right mind would buy one of them!? S2000 is definetly one for me. MX-5... too many on the road. MR2, what the hell happened to the Turbo? Wouldnt consider the others.

I really can't stand the current MR2. Not only is it a really ugly car, but it looks so cheap. The wheels look like they were bought from HellFrauds. Such a shame as the MK2 MR2 was, and still is, a nice looking purposful, non-ghey looking car.

 

I'd go nearly as far as to say this is currently one of the nastiest looking Roadsters ever built.
