right then finnaly got round to stripping down my old tt engine to find out why it was burning oil!!

engine was removed cause the main bearings had gone and they had spun round :o

so took the heads off 2nite and all i could find was that the oil controll rings on the pistons were seized i:e not moving freeley!! so what could cause this to happen then??

what can i do with my bearings if they have spun does the block need regrinding to take new oversize bearings and also the crank as well??
