as far to the left as possible,normally just up a bit,if it sits higher then you may well have a faulty gauge or vacuem leak

it reads under -7. I'd say around -5???

 

that should be ok,aslong as your getting full boost and it isnt peaking off,do you have an aftermarket gauge,if not you should ;)

Yes i can get full boost no probs. I can set the boost to 1.2 bar and it hits it fine!! I dont know if its just me but im sure the boost at idle was -7 ( on aftermarket gauge also?) Is it possible there is a leak causing this slight loss?

yeh possibly!

 

there are lots of vacuem hoses around the plenum check around for any obvious signs of cracks etc,but tbh if your getting full boost,to whichever setting your inputting then any leak will be so slight it isnt worth worrying about
