Right guys & gals....

I'd like to setup a yearly SW meets calender, thats shows the dates of all future meets. This should allow those that work and have other plans, to make arrangements in advance if they want to attend.

Something like "Last Sunday of every month"..or something like that. Dates would'nt nessarily be 100% fixed, and may occasionally be altered.

what do you all think...any suggestions ? What sort of dates or days of the week are good or no good for you ? Sundays and Saturdays only really.

I also want to plan the meet details 2 months in advance. So you'll always have the dates of all future meets, and where and what the next 2 months meets will be.

May also for some months, arrange more than 1 meet. To cover the large SW area.

Last sat/sun of the month sounds good

Would it not be better to have the meets first weekend of each month, as members that get paid monthly may not have much money by the end of the month, and not be able to attend (lack of funds)

Good suggesstion. I like that idea

sat/sun for me if not working or out the country.

Sunday's are usually good for me & also Dave if poss plan a nice big summer meet / barbicue and stay over for the summer!!! Cornwall be good for that, nice campsite near a beach + pub!

Why not do Sundays in the winter and perhaps a weekday evening once the clocks alter in March.
