I BOUGHT A TT FRONT CLIP FROM JAP AND I DISCOVER THE TIMING BELT WAS BROKEN... :mac1: DOES VALVES CLEARS THE PISTON ANY OTHER PROBLEMES U GUYS CAN SEE :confused:

    I believe that if the belt snapped at low revs, you can be lucky and the pistons will clear the valves without damage but, if the engine is under load or at high revs it is less likely.

     

    If the pistons have already hit the valves, you dont have much to lose by fitting a new cambelt, setting it up correctly and trying it. Wish you luck.
