I arranged a group buy a while back on the woolies kit which is brilliant - have a look in the thread for some feedback & info. see link:

Rich

I had one scuff mark on the r/h bolster of the drivers seat when I bought my ZX - otherwise the leather is in excellent condition.

I just used black shoe scuff coat at £1-ish fron Sainsburys. I let it dry then polished the whole seat (and all the others ;) ) with Autoglym leather cleaner/restorer. They look like new now

Richard :D

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

If i were you id call a leather sofa specialist, it sounds daft but one of hayleys friends slept on our cream leather sofa with a patterned belt on and managed to do horrendous damage to it.

I called a firm out who came to the house and with the right blend of chemical cleaners and waxes made it good as new, cost me £40 and saved me a grand!!

They told me they can do the same to cars, jackets, basically anything leather.

They also told me most of the damage that is done to leather is done by people trying to remove marks with the wrong stuff.

That makes sense mate ! ;) It is a skin after all.

Will try a few things at the weekend and post back in case anybody is interested.
