if ur soo keen on the x box and someones bidded over 200 pounds you woudnt bother reading the whole description as you know what the 360 is capable of.

eBay's slogan should be......"why do only fool's and horse's work"

classic...still it didnt fool you did it Indian ZX...?

personally i wouldnt bother protecting the gullable...i mean that would stop all future general elections...!

Just hope the crazy fool has not sent payment

i was gonna say samething.

eBay's slogan should be......"why do only fool's and horse's work"

Their slogan should be "A fool and his money are lucky to get together in the first place" I hate when people take advantage of people.

Just prooves that you should read the full story and not just jump in head first.

Perhaps this guy did con someone but I bet he only did it the once.

Mind you, his name was 2096Jonathan, perhaps he's conned 2096 people under aliases, Lol.

What a dickhead :( Personally I would have told him to jump got payment!

What is the point of all the specs etc. and the packages available and then in the last line telling you its for a picture ? :xxx:

Moral = FFS, READ THE SMALL PRINT!!

I totally agree that this guy is a complete :xxx: and should be banned from selling/buying/breathing for such an outrage, but technically and legally he has done nothing wrong. Small print like that can catch so many people out, who won't pursue the matter further when they realise that the truth was there in front of them in the first place. These 'sellers' (I use the term loosely) invariably have no job and make a living by ripping people off - and quite a good living in some cases.

String 'em up, that's what I say ;) :mac1:

Ive reported him. has anyone else whos said he should have been?

Yeah, I've reported him too. Unfortunately his user profile says he's no longer registered with eBay. Hopefully though they'll still be able to do something.

What's amazing is that he registered back in Feb. He's probably got a years' worth of usernames cached - LOL.

:xxx: Throbber
