I've commenced my interior panel retrim and have done all the smaller parts, now for the door cards and the two rear seat panels. Here comes the problem. Should I remove the tweed and the foam or just the tweed. I have tried a hairdryer but the foam seems to want to come off with the tweed. I am thinking of just pulling it all off and then finding some way to remove the last bits of stubborn foam.

Dave, you are a star, I've been looking for that. I am going to leave it on the door cards but the rear seat panels I have now pulled the tweed off. I've tried my vinyl over the top and the foam does not show through, we will see what happens when I put glue on it.

Well post up pictures when you've done it.

I wasn't keen on my vinyl, so I'm going to change it for leather when I have the spare cash for a hide or two :D

The doors broke my heart. I left the tweed on. Stretching , glue everywhere, :headvswal . But it is worth it!!!!!!!!! :hyper: good luck yampiedog!

let us know how you get on mate, im hoping to do mine before summer, anyone know of any good contacts on the net to get some leather from?
