antifreeze

Hi, can anyone recommend a good antifreeze, or are they all the same.also i will be fitting a koyo rad how much antifreeze should i put in, stock rad took approx 4 litres thanx.

    IMO, anti-freeze is anti-freeze, just fill it to the top of the rad cap then turn over the engine, top up if needed, place the cap on, let it get warm, run for 10mins or so, turn off engine, bleed the rad with the bleed valve (not sure where this is on a Koyo?), after air has escaped, open rad cap, top up again, repeat until no more water/antifreeze is required.
