better nuts?? they cost me a fortune!! they sit reallt deep in the wheel and are designed for the wheel so they fit really deep in the hole but the nuts are about 2 inches long to give you an idea :)

so an inch of thread is not enough?? i had less on my other wheels and alloys on my old zed??

No they need to go past the nut IMHO :slap:

wouldnt they look silly if they petrude past the nut??

LOL would look even more silly with the wheels flying off  :headvswal ;)

the studs i have in my car have a solid end so you can't see the thread, surely this is just the same but with a hole in it rather than a cap on the end so you can see the thread? (if that makes sence!)

What about the nuts that have ends. If you know what i mean.

this is what i mean and would you say you tighten them up for more than an inch onto the stud?

Well, if your nuts are 2" long, you should be fine.

Does look a tad dodgy in the pic though

yeh i think the pic does make it look like there only just one but the nuts are actually really hard to even put on as they go so far into the wheel :) you cant tighten them up with your fingers as you cant get into the holes ;)
