Need bushes - where to go?

Hey folks - I need advice - hope someone can help.

 

Some bushes need replacing on my 300ZX.

 

One garage described them as 'tension rod bushes' and the MoT place called them 'track control arm inner bushes'. I THINK they mean the same things by that but I'm not 100% sure!

 

Any idea where I can get some of these bushes?

 

Also, could I fit them myself or should I get a garage to do it? I'm not the cleverest mechanically!

    Hope yer well buddy,

     

    If you want stock bushes, give MJP auto a shout or if you want performance jobbies have a word with Chris@GetGReddy!

     

    There fairly easy to do yourself, but if i were you, id get a muck'an'ic to sort em!
