Who's been driving there Z out in the snow today???! I drove to work this morning and it was cold but no snow, drove home from work and we'd had about 3 inches and they hadn't even gritted the main roads FFS!! :headvswal

The Z was quiet composed though, had to be gently bently on the throttle with wide 265's on the back else it would just spin, even taking off in 2nd gear.... Every time i stopped though it was a bitch to get moving again, all that low down grunt would make me just spin on the spot.. Had to abandon the Z on a very step hill due to slow moving traffic, bet sum coont goes into it tonight now... :(

Fekking hell Jon,

Snow in Cornwall

Richard ;)

Yeah Richard! Doesn't happen very often cause I live quiet near the coast but when it does boy does it come with avengence!!! The problem I got is where I live it's very hilly and as we all know the Z'ed ain't the best in slippery conditions so rather than take the chance and just sit there spinning on a step hill up to my place and let the back end drift into someone else's car thought i'd play it safe and just park up on the main road which is flat next to the kerb.. Nick someone elses parking space mind and on double yellows but she's home all recovered now! ;)

BBrrr !!

Look I've told you once - OFF TO BED..................NOW :D

i had the snow yesterday, i wouldn't go past 20 and i just felt unsafe and my car has a dead gearbox so cant really go that quick anyway! not good at all this!!

Your right!!! There was no grit in Cornwall last week either!!! My dad god stuck in all that Bodmin trafic chaos and didn't get home till 9PM and a lot of my mates had to walk home to Redruth from Truro and Falmouth as there was just no grit on the road!!!

You can have some of our gritters if you want. Ruddy things are like a plague ever since winter 2003 when everyone got stuck on the A14 and M11. "Oh sorry sir, your car doesn't look scratched up enough, mind if I hurl some more rock salt at it?"
