Well, i over tightened the fooker and sheared it right off (doh!). Now, the window is even more rattly and lets air in at over 80mph. :headvswal

Here ya go

 

To access the correct nut lower the window down and from outside the door you can see a round black access disc in the black plastic area at the rear/top of the door pillar, remove the disc and you can see a screw which holds the pillar trim to the inside of the door, when removing the screw take care not to drop into the door.

 

Now pull the trim away from the inside of the door and unclip the bottom of the panel.

About half way up the pillar you will see a black piece of foam backed tape which is covering a hole over, remove this, you will now see either the loose nut and tighten it or no nut just a thread, fit a 10 mm nut over it and tighten up. Replace all the trim in reverse order, this will cure the window rattle completely, it also worth noting that behind the main door trim the window rail has adjusting grub screws to line up the window so if you have a window that gets tight as it is lowered or bangs as it is lowered then they may need resetting.
