Buy a set of HID's you'll never look back ;)

I Was Thinkin A Quick Fix For Now About 20 Quid Or Something. Any One Know Of Anything???

try PIAA on 01617186721 bulbs are H3C type or MJP/ ZCENTRE for stock ones.

Convert your lights to accept normal H3 bulbs, takes about 15 minutes and then you can fit £2:50 bulbs then.

To convert add an earth lead to the wire bulb retainer using a small nut and bolt through the loop end, take the lead to direct earth, this has the benefit of improving current capacity of the circuit as the weak point is the earth in the original loom, it also means that when you use main beam the dip stays on as well so you get even better main beam too.

hmmmm interesting any pics of how this is done?

Leigh at JapCity had 80w bulbs that fit - I found them pretty good.

I have tried loads of bulbs for my Z to improve lighting, my mate even got me some really decent bulbs from America, even though the lighting was a bit better than stock they where all still rubbish. I now own a H.I.D kit which I am still to install but I am glad I bought it now.

Jap - H3c

Uk - H3

The conversions is pretty straight forward.

I've also tried various types of bulbs for better brightness with no success. Then I took my headlights apart and cleaned them...WOW...the difference is amazing. Its now as good as any more modern regular car!
