Just got her today - she was found abandoned and just about frozen to death. How anyone can just throw an animal out like that is beyond repugnant, but at least she's got a loving home now...

Nice one for taking her in bud, I have 2 cats, 1 rescue cat from the RSPCA and one ill treated which i basically took from the owner after giving him a bit of his own medicine!!

 

She looks a livly one LOL, nice to see people care!!

This country is too busy helping spongers to put laws in to police animal cruelty.... good on ya.

I've got 3 cat's and a dog. The dog a rescued one she was only 1 ear old when we got her and her nerves are shot. She had a habit of peeing when a raised voice is heard. But she getting over it slowly.How someone could miss treat her like that is just madness.

Good one bud...I have 4 cats which come to me the same way..abandoned or homeless. The missus has to keep telling me no more or I would have a zoo here...

 

Does make you wanna give some people a damn good slap though, cruelty to animals is not one of the things I can tolerate.

We took in 2 cats from the old lady across the road about 18 months ago.

She had to move into a nursing home coz she was very ill.

 

Several weeks later, maw and paw dropped this on us !! :eek:

 

The wife couldnt bear to part with them all, so we now have maw, paw, and two kittens !!

 

The christmas tree will take a hammering this year !!

Thanks for all the kind words guys! The new kitten takes us up to a total of 10 cats now - 9 rescues and the other being the Son of another (now sadly departed, still sorely missed) of ours.

 

Most of all, I'm happy to hear that others in the club are giving abused / abandoned / homeless animals a good home and a second chance. Nice one fellas! :bow: :)

She's already been named. I wanted to call her Monza, Suzuka or Tsukuba, but the other half wasn't having any of it, so I've called her Bovril instead! :D

good on yer mate! how anyone could do that is beyond me. they should be chucked out in the cold for a week with no food or clothes. keeping in with the theme, we get our dogs from East Midlands Dog Rescue. all rescued animals deserve a loving home for the rest of their life.
