Which alloys do you think would look better on this car? The first ones are MB Motoring Vapor's and the other ones are König Imagine's. And the car in questions is a Pontiac Firebird as on the pictures (The only difference is that mine has T-tops)

The car in question is going to look like this:

MB Motoring Vapor:

König Imagine:

If you don't like either of them, please tell me what wheels you think would fit on it.

I prefer the Konig as a wheel, but on that car the Vapor would look better IMO.

Thanks guys, yep I think I will go for the Vapors as they probably will fit better to the car in question. Has anyobody had experience with MB Motoring alloys, are they good quality?

Prefer the Vapors.

Easier to kleen as well

Neither, get some ZEforged dished rims....19's on that....better to get a Gen4 Camaro over the Firebird...it's the better looking of the f-bodies.

:)

Not keen on either.

I like the ones si has just posted.

At the end of the day, fit whatever YOU like best, its the only way you'll be totally satisfied.

Those look quite nice Si, but I suppose they are quite expensive :) Btw, have you ever seen a Camaro and a Firebird at the same time and compared them? I did it the other day just so I could choose which one to get, and I have to say that the FB looked better in My opinnion :)

Yep, thats true, but it's always nice though to get someone elses opinnion on it :)

Yes, as a matter of fact I have. I looked at buying both a few years ago. Went over to the states on a hunt for one to import and drove a fair few of them. Much prefer the look of the Gen4. A nicer sleeker shape, easier on the eye. The Firebird does have a nicer interior though.

Where from and how much.....been to the site very flash but no fookin prices :headvswal :headvswal

They are about $1,900 a rim iirc. That's for 19" rims @ circa 10" wide. These are the rims I'll get for mine if I ever decide I'm mad enough to get rid of my Rays wheels.

How about some of these badboysstl03266u.jpg

Those are really cool, and with nice hubcaps you would have a killer set of wheels :mac1:

Thought you were looking to buy a zed Ken?

I was mate, but I can't afford a car braking down on me atm. But I am going to buy one in a couple of years when I can afford one in very good condition.

  • Author

Oh, and just to make it clear, the Z's over here are Very expensive, I could easily pay +10000£ for a quite bad one and over 17000£ for one in good condition. Importing it from abroad would make it a little bit cheaper, but the taxes over here are insane, and I would end up paying almost the same price which it would cost to buy one here... :(

AAhh, Understood. ;) It's too much money for a 15 year old car. Some day ken, some day!

Best of luck with the Firebird!
