Tyre Pressures?

I'm running standard tyres 225 50 16 and 245 45 16 what should the optimal tyre pressures be guys?!

    IIRC its on a sticker inside the drivers door.....cant tell you mine as J-Spec wheels

    J spec is 225 all round (not 255) and that's 33psi F / 33psi R

    UK spec is 225 F / 245 R and that's 33psi F / 36psi R.
