Well peeps, been loosing interest in this place a hell of a lot recently, seems there's nowt worth reading on here anymore.

Even if there is it invariably ends up as a slagging match.

Be over on the ZClub if anyone wants me. Might check my PM's every now and then too.

This really should be in the private section IMO, it's putting a very dim view on the club.

 

Trouble is Chris. It dont get read in that section and therefore has no effect. But in principle I do agree with you. :bow:

I understand were JD and one or two more who have spoken to me are coming from. I try to be even handed as much as possible and will only poke fun at people I've got to know first. ie they know its fun.

 

The level of some of the posts are a bit grim to put if frankly and a few people are too full off there own opinions (regarles of how well informed they feel they are) for some to stomach. Far too often in life it appears that those of a little knowledge seem to want to shout the loudest and if you are to have a comunity then you also have to listen and respect others points of veiw. By all means express your point of view, but to tell someone they are talking *****cks when your not listening is like offering shit butties. Not easy to swallow, give you indigestion and a bad taste.

 

I like John and think he is a generous friendly gentleman who has always been helpful and honest. One of lifes good guys and wish him all the best where ever he goes. I'm also very sorry he feels the way he does, but I'm thick skinned (or just thick) and I can put up with the knob heads on here, because there are still an aweful lot of Dimond Gessers on here.

Thing is this place is more than just a laugh and some fun to me, its where I go when I have a problem or need advice with my Zed, if the people that have the knowledge to advse me are gone why not just call this the laugh and joke forum.

This place is really fantastic.......

I'm sorry to say it, but I think some people need to grow up, learn how to read threads/posts, also learn how to write them properly as well. We come from different parts of the country, where we talk and say things in different ways, and most of the time this will translate directly into the way that we write posts, and that can caurse problems, especially when others take them the wrong way, either for the way they are written, or the way they read them.

 

 

 

Also, I thought we were (mostly) here because of the 300 ZX, because we all enjoy them, have a passion for them, all in our own ways, and to our own tastes.??!!

I will openly admit that I have joined Z Club today, but I was planning to do so at some point anyway, this issue just reminded me.

However, my first loyalty will always be to THIS forum as this is where I 'popped my Z cherry', as it were, and I will always hold this club in the highest regard. I have made a lot of good friends through this forum, and am continuing to do so.

Having said all this, IMHO things have started to go a little stale of late, so I have decided to broaden my horizons a little.

its no good sayin ime goin because things have gone stale,its the members who make this forum so iff this state of mutiny carries on there will be no forum to come back to when you all get pissed off with the zclub. this is all starting to remind me of lemmings goin over a fvckin cliff with no real reason other than mass panic because a few members have decieded to do one which is sad by the way because john dixons threads have allways been very helpfull and imformative and in my eyes will be missed but the club needs comradship not abandon ship :(

Well i recon this club is the dogs danglys, loads of info, loads of help, a good laugh and good advice "see tpots recent posts", how anyone can think for a second that its going down hill is beyond me. I hope to god it doesnt become some boring anorak site where only knowledgable people have a fin clue whats been written. If people want to leave then seeya, i dont understand why a big deal has to be made about it whoever it is starting a new thread to bad mouth the site in my opinion is a little contadictory especially when one of the reason for leaving is poitless threads ??

At the risk of enflaming this rather sad situation further if your goona put things like "as usual certain people are! ;) " at least have the balls to name the people you are accusing, at least they then can defend themsleves. It is unfair in the exteme to accuse people of doing things without at least letting them know it is they you are talking about, maybee they dont know that they are brassing you off. I was generalising which means that I don't have to name names, over the years I've seen just about everything and anything on here in terms of disagreements and arguements. Including jealousy, garage wars, people bullsh1tting about things when they don't have the facts, people lieing and only giving half truths about events etc. etc.

 

I've also seen people try to become a Martyr by putting up a post saying "I'm leaving!" and in doing that causing a sh1t storm when if they really feel that way why don't they just slip out the side door fire exit instead of stirring up a hornets nest?

 

I don't really have the time for this sort of childish behaviour on here anymore which is why it grinds my teeth to see it still happening.

 

If anyone on here doesn't like something then as I said before you don't have to take part or read it! If you are going then go IMO simple as that! ;)
