knocking from the boot

when driving im getting a really really annoying knocking noise from my boot!! its starting to do my head in!

any ideas what it can be? iv checked the spare wheel bay etc

    Could be the boot lid. Try adjusting the latch in the rear of the boot (not the lid). You can undo the screws and slide it up/down. (its hidden behind the centre plastic cover)

    i was getting knocking from my boot and i found it was the targa ties had slipped down the side of the boot carpet
