I seem to have a vacuum hose left over though... D'oh mad.gif I dunno if anyone will spot it - but it's sticking up just to the right of the right hand side throttlebody (you can see the small silver spring clip)

Actually here it is marked;

According to the docs it should go to the underside of the TB, but I can't seem to see where frown.gif Can anyone help?

Thanks guys.. Az

Looks like that one that would go to the charcoal cannister on the S13, if so it should connect directly to the plenum chamber.

Jez, you're right - it's the canister purge line.. I just seem to have more hoses than connectors on the plenum... d'oh smile.gif

wicked u finished az m8! Looks wicked, love the blue and the braided fuel lines look the biz! U got hard pipes for the top?

Thanks m8.. not quite finished yet - haven't tried starting it....

Here's that hose again;

pesky_hose.jpg

Looking down to the right of the intercooler intake pipe, the hose that is loose at the other end is arrowed.. as you can see, it's in a cluster of hoses - the small one above it goes to the front of the throttle body, slightly to the left theres the huge looking pipe - that also attaches to a hard pipe that goes down under the headlamp, and then to the left of that, there is another small metal pipe - that goes to a pipe which goes to the side of the intake manifold about half way back..

Can anyone identify that arrowed pipe? frown.gif

Thanks..

Eureka!

Found it...

Since I've bypassed the coolant lines to the throttle bodies, I removed this;

from underneath the passenger side inlet manifold..

Turns out, the arrowed pipe at the top goes to the balance tube, while the arrowed tube at the bottom goes to my orphaned pipe..

Easy fix then, replace that bit of 6mm rubber pipe with a longer bit of 6mm silicone hose smile.gif Lovely jubbley..
