    Took one of my previous cars to dealer for a "checkover" becuase of a poor idle. They charged me £110 and told me they could'nt find the cause of the problem. :headvswal

     

    As for their ablities, my local Nissan dealer wanted to know if I had a Petrol or Diesel 300zx :rofl: :mac1: . Not all dealers are the same though.

     

    If you want to use a Dealer then you need to find one that was Trained for the 300zx back in the early 1990's (only a few were I believe) and still have the trained mechanics working there!

    Mate, dealer will charge up to £50/hr to do a Consult test (if they have the equipment that is ...) and even if they have it is unlikely they (a) know how to interpret the results and (b) know what car you are driving ...

    No idea on specialists in your area though - sorry.

    as Macca said - merc dealer.

     

    hourly rates around here are about the same for all dealers nowdays TBH Mac!
